The biblical scholar with the sparkling eyes has made the excellent remark that I neglected the Djinns. I should study Arab folklore, he said, in search of parallels with ufonauts. (1970)

hot take:

they're releasing UFO files the same time they're doing overreaching abuse of immigrants so that when ufonauts search for 'aliens' they see immigration enforcement porn ....

I look down at my second cup of cheap diner coffee, willing it to cool down as much as the rain wills to beat down the windows.

"..those in which the presence of animated creatures is reported. (I say "animated" rather than "animate" to keep open the possibility of robots or something other than "flesh and blood.") These creatures have been variously termed "occupants," "humanoids," "UFOnauts," and even "UFOsapiens.""

#WyrdWednesday One of my favourite weird Christmas tales, the classic account by Jean Hingley of Rowley Regis, Birmingham, of being visited on the 4th of January 1979 by three fairy-like UFOnauts who discussed Jesus, the Queen and Tommy Steele with her before she offered them some mince pies.

Allen agreed with me about Len Springfield: someone is using him as a naïve conduit to feed crappy pictures of alleged dead ufonauts to credulous ufologists. In the meantime, he said, the real phenomenon is quiet, and Cufos is not getting any interesting reports. (31 Jul 1980)
