In the German Versions of Rayman 2 on Ps1&Ps2, Uglette is called "Globette", which is her Internal and Early name.

Whats weirder about this is, the Text on Ps2 acuratly calls her Uglette, but the Voice Actor Says Globette

I truly believe Uglette and the Baby Globoxes were created to remove any romantic implications between Rayman and Globox in Rayman 2, and her lack of appearances afterword coincides with attitudes towards gay romance improving over the years. There's a lot of evidence.
