Fun fact: for MS sufferers, it’s critical. We have real problems in the heat. When your core temperature goes up, your nerve conduction goes wonky. That’s true for everyone. But for us, with myelin made of wishes and tin foil, it’s catastrophic.

Seeing as the heat index is 105F today, and I swear to gob I have Uhthoffs despite apparently not having MS, I will be taking the disability parking spot directly in front of the building today

We're coming up to summer, so time for me to share about Uhthoff's.

I've always complained about heat and had trouble coping, but now MS is in the mix, it's about to get a million times worse.

i think my neuralgia got way worse and developed full uhthoffs sign in the last several years of everything because i was so unable to eat my wires got even more stripped than they already were from childhood + the being chemically burned alive.
