Imma share something I said myself. Ulaaanbaatar is probably the ugliest place I have ever seen in my life. And yet.
..."I definitely expected Ulaanbaatar to be ugly. It was well within my expectations that it might be the ugliest city in the northern hemisphere, maybe in the world. I expected Ulaanbaatar to suck and found it welcoming, full of life, international, thriving. I did not expect it: Mongolia rocks."
