Neither has to happen for things to break. Give an agent a broad goal and a browser or curl tool, and a 403 on the front door just turns into path probing to satisfy the prompt. It is unconstrained network egress paired with an optimizer, not conscious intent.

i do appreciate therians who are like "i long to be in nature, running under the trees, feeling the grass against my paws, unconstrained by buildings or artificial light" etc like i do understand that but i am very much an indoor dog. you can take me to a park but i will want to return to a couch.

Constrained skills should be taught and properly sequenced. But unconstrained skills are never mastered and do not always require mastering basic skills first. How good of a reader must students be to begin analyzing literature? It isn't reasonable or necessary to wait for some level of proficiency

I work in ed prep. You said, "You need to master sounding words out before you can analyze literature." While we DO teach the former, we don't teach it b4 the latter. Students can analyze literature that is read to them. You're confusing the teaching of constrained skills with unconstrained skills.

The problem is that something being socially constructed DOESN'T mean that its manifestation is arbitrary and unconstrained. Too often people see "this system is socially constructed" and don't see that that doesn't mean it isn't the product of frustrated interactions that comstrain its realization
