Main thing is, always assume there are undercovers in the crowd.
It can be fun to spot them. It's sometimes useful to film them — I've gotten cases dismissed when undercovers lied saying they didn't have footage when they did. 😛
But don't get too worked up about UC's. You can't do much about them.

Meaning they will have another UC that they stay within 20 feet of, and then every so often you'll see them standing next to each other for a minute before they split up again.
Again, better to observe behaviors rather than outfits.

The most obvious "tells" are things like "Wasn't that guy carrying a skateboard 30 minutes ago?"
Or "that woman was not even carrying a jacket but now she's wearing one"
