5: Get the underdrawing right before you put a finish on a figure. Yes, some artists can put down a final inkline with no underdrawing, but that’s because they’re skilled and experienced enough to do all that underdrawing in their head. You probably aren't. Save the masterstrokes for the masters.

An absolutely precious deer dog noodle creature for AedanSolus! I actually cheated with this one a little and mashed out a sloppy maquette in blender to shortcut the underdrawing, really really happy on the turnout.
