i'm really pleased with the first pass on these! i can't wait to give them the final adjustments and see them in the actual game in wilderness areas, towns, the underearth etc..

interestingly, there are some things which gesture at /real/ foraging in the game. see this green speck? this is actual diegetic slime mold, which is a pretty efficient food option. and you can find it in the underearth. there are also levels which have many types of mushrooms growing in them.
