Kris stopped swerving, but as Toriel notes, "My child, you are driving half on the sidewalk." And yes, one side of the car is on the sidewalk. Undyne starts pounding on the car window with a breathalyzer in her other hand, screaming "HEY, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU-" before realizing that "Oh, it's just Asgore's kid and ex-wife." Kris's hand trembles as they show her their learner's permit. Undyne decides to let Kris off with a warning, telling them to "Just take this. And don't let me catch you driving like that again." (Is it still nepotism if it's your *former* boss's kid?) Toriel asks Kris "Was that a ticket?" and Kris, looking at their hand, tells her "It's... a hair clip."
