#unfairness
Our victory – and what comes next. This victory comes with a mandate from the voters that is about ending corruption, ending unfairness, getting money out of politics, bringing down oligarchy, and reducing inequality. That's what we're here for. It's time to get started.

the most infuriating thing the Times newsroom does is that they respond to conservative criticism by bending over backwards to address the unfairness and they respond to progressive criticism by lecturing us about how we don’t understand their high minded objectivity
i finally got to read this and wow is it a steaming pile of crap.

there is one constant in everything the NYT does and it’s this attitude of “we are smarter than you and you are simply too stupid to understand our choices.”
Inside the Times’s Decisions on the Alaska Senate Race Story
Our investigation found that Democratic operatives were behind a plan to bring a potential spoiler into the Senate race.

If your solution to prevent unfairness in sports is to look at everyone's genitals, you are not actually interested in fairness or sports but you probably do have a lot in common with the people in the Epstein files.

reparations is a complex debate, one unique to each nation.

it's one worth having, as there are many ways to genuinely deliver something tangible without unfairness. But it is SUPER emotive and complex.

And that's why the right wing obssesses over that.

They want people scared of a simple "sorry"

He modeled, very very well, the ability to be angry about things well worth being angry about. About injustices, unfairness, even unfairness from life and not from any particular person or system's actions. And anger that needed to be expressed, but that wasn't directed at anyone.

How reassuring, Sean. People who came here legally, worked, paid taxes and complied with every requirement must now apparently “earn” what they were previously promised. Calling a retreat from gratuitous unfairness “fair and balanced” is quite the exercise in sophistry.

The Dan Sullivan debacle in Alaska is a distraction, plain and simple. Republicans are hopeless in this race, and their only option is to claim unfairness and to accuse their voter base of being too stupid to make their own voting decisions. It's sad, and it's not going to work.

The unfairness people treat Charlie and Stolas with is def some sort of phobia and ignorance of neurodivergent folk along with rampant misogyny

Unfairness, performative cruelty and will cost the country dear in terms of finance, reputation, unfilled vacancies and soft power.

Not only is there good ROI from tax inspectors, there is a social dividend from reduced petception of unfairness and civic pride in justice being done.

Oh also, making this post ive realized how subtly butchered unfairness expunged was in applecore. Even beyond never being able to tie good thing to this specific design of him, the way they translated his goofy expression in such a stale way has always made this sprite unsettling.

It's time for the NFL to consider evolving beyond a two-conference, eight-division structure. It would be far more fair to have four eight-team conferences -- and to ditch the traditional AFC-NFC separation.
2026 season could highlight the unfairness of the eight-division structure
It's time to consider ditching the two-conference, eight-division approach.

In fairness, Joel Webbon probably cries at the end of KARATE KID because he has been rooting for Cobra Kai the whole time, and can't believe the unfairness of sweeping the leg not working to secure a win.
Hard to imagine a more telling statement than fascist Christian nationalist pastor Joel Webbon declaring that the message of "Star Wars" is "entirely wrong" because Darth Vader "is actually the good guy."

I wanna say now that gapple (which popularized this) is over, can we all move on from depicting expunged mainly in unfairness form please? This just isnt what he looks like normally, its never been for a long time outside of gapple. i've always hated seeing people act otherwise. #daveandbambi

Even leaving aside the unfairness of these proposals, the retrospective breaking of the contract to these people by the government - it's fundamentally incompatible with the economic goals it has set itself.

And this at a time when migration is reaching historic lows.
Migrants who come here legally to work make a large economic and fiscal contribution, in the short, medium and long term.

The Home Office proposals are designed to make their lives harder/more difficult/deter them from coming at all.
