I'm really proud of this story. It's a trans allegory, but it's also a stealth heist, an unrepentant revenge tale, and, most critically, an unflinching look at how annoying it is to get around downtown Vancouver on a summer afternoon.
My short story "They Say Don't Get Clocked" is an anxiety-laden trans allegory body horror tale about a werewolf in a terrible situation that worsens by the second. Finished the Digger. Apparently it doesn't have 'The' in it, but im gonna call it the Digger anyway! One of the craziest movie this year, an unflinching satire on government response to climate collapse while also a meta commentary on satires itself. Keep putting Tom Cruise in fat suits, movies.
