The real squatter at #unionplaza is #chadwaters. He stole about a million dollars from the tenants at Union Plaza, then made over 100 people homeless & destroyed about 3 dozen businesses that had been there for 10-20 YEARS. Now he's getting evicted from his condo by Eiko Takano on 1/23/26 #slumlord
