Freshly installed W98SE without any other software.
Rebooted into MS-DOS mode.
Unisound initializes card, INITDY3D.bat also appears to work, but still no sound input, tested in Wolf3D, Keen4e and Stargunner.

The developer doesn't have a very good opinion of it though: "NOTE: Very bad compatibility with games and programs. Must re-initialize the card after running some games/programs." 😅

Windows 98 SE (installed via Quickinstall) finds an "AD-CHIPS Audio Adapter" but has no drivers for it, nor does it accept the drivers I found so far that I thought could match.

Can anyone help identify this sound card?
No markers that I was able to successfully google, the chip(s) in pic 3 are completely unreadable.
I can tell it is using one of these unlicensed but genuine Yamaha OPL3s, but need to find out the exact model for supported sound standards.

AWE Upgrade Card CT1920 を Unisound Driver で使う、解決編。まずは昨日のおさらい。純正ドライバでは動作確認できたものの Unisound で使うと音が出ない。どうも CT1920 の EMU から音は出ているが、ペアで使っている Vibra16 CT4170 の AUX IN の音量設定が 0 で音が出ない、という状況でした。
EMU8000 だけが載った特殊な Sound Blaster、AWE Upgrade Card CT1920 動いた～（写真下側）。今日は PM9500、Radeon 7000 が動かなくてこれまで動かなかったらどうしようかと思った。
