The Paradox of Rest
I have been on vacation this week. With the hectic demands of life, this is my first "real" getaway this year. Seven months into the year and I graciously had the opportunity to hit pause, to reset. I will not lie- it was definitely needed. I have several major life milestones coming up within the next few weeks and just being able to relax before the rubber meets the road was a blessing.
