I’d guess they want to eliminate the middle-class and stratify us into 4 economic groups:
1-Lower
2-UpperLower
3-LowerUpper
4-1,000ish families

1 & 2 they’ll flood with disinfo to keep them fighting.
3 is the cushion. 4 can buy 3 many times over, and “buy people up”. Think sycophants, security, etc
