it's also inspired a lot by both Werewolf game lines, Apocalypse and Forsaken. the werewolves, or Uratha, mostly work like in Forsaken, but with a few changes. most of those changes are spoilers (if i do write it). the Apocalypse bits are also mostly spoilers.

-Regeneración en todas sus formas
-Capacidad intrínseca para hablar con espíritus
-La manada es una fuerza realmente importante a nivel mecánico

The impression I got of W:tF was that it replaced the whole 'rage against the dying of Gaia' with 'we murdered our father for power because that's what monsters do and our mother inverted our spiritual connection to get back at us' and slapped on the equivalent of Xian 'original sin' to the Uratha.

Uratha are not spirit cops. They're god killers. Supernatural apex predator hunters on both the flesh and spirit side of the world. Trying to continue the legacy of their progenitor and their patronage of the mad moon goddess while dealing with the enemies of that legacy as well.
