In Genk heeft een inwoner een klacht ingediend bij de politie nadat 2 jongemannen ongewenst zijn woning hebben bezocht. Het gaat om urban explorers, die verlaten gebouwen, fabrieken of andere plekken verkennen. Op de website Urbexology staat de woning onterecht aangeduid als mogelijk verlaten plek, net als vele andere huizen en gebouwen. "Als je een huis in het groen hebt, bekijk dan of het op die website staat", waarschuwt de man.
