Polycoat is a 2 part Urethane system that I have used in the past. There is no way a 1/8 inch thick coating of urethane can be cut by box cutters. I cut urethane on a lathe the cutting is machined high speed steel.The box cutter is a lie

My little Rex figure. Urethane resin cast from a silicone mold, mostly airbrushed with a bit of paint brush. Stuff happened so the paint work is sloppy, but I'm happy with the colors
