These people are seriously unwell. If I had a friend or relative doing this (Urophagia, a type of Pica) I'd consult a psychiatrist and arrange to do an intervention. Supposedly, in most cases drinking one's urine rarely poses a health risk, but I believe it's a sign of other psychiatric issues.

There are generally specific terms for consuming other bodily products that are separate from cannibalism; hematophagia, coprophagia, urophagia, so on. I can't find any term regarding consuming sweat or tears, but that's probably because there's very little nutritional value in them.
