Homeland Security was founded on xenophobic GOP rhetoric in 2002, following 9/11, and has pushed racist, discriminatory and constricting policies, based on fear-mongering, since its inception.

Given these facts, we should expect the felon administration to amplify their hate tactics through USDHS.

Kind of Ironic that saying "No recording allowed here" in the Noem-Padilla incident occurred in a Federal building under the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit Court which in 2018 ruled in Askins vs DHS (Noem's Dept) that such recordings CAN occur legally.
