Duuude…been missing some lasagna! This one is a use it up mix of burgundy beef cheeks, pasta primavera veggies, Cento San Marzano tomatoes, eggplant, ricotta, a few cheeses and red sauce in the bottom snd alfredo on top. Can’t wait to see how it worked. Or didn’t 😅
