Just disable the mention privacy settings.
Go to the setting menu in the YouTube app near your channel page and press the gear icon to open the settings. Select the privacy tab and toggle off 'Allow users to mention me'
Sadly Not sure why the UTTP group decided to target.

Well, one problem is a few channels I subscribed to aren't getting my comments anymore because my comments don't show on their videos or posts and I just don't understand why.
Another problem is I can't get rid of the UTTP invading my channel because YouTube removed the option to block channels!
