Tassili, the restaurant of Hand Picked Hotels’ Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, has been recognised in the 2025 Michelin Guide. The hotel group said the achievement is a “credit” to Executive Chef, Nicolas Valmagna, and his “outstanding skill in curating exceptional cuisine”. Inspired by his heritage, Mr Valmagna uses French culinary styles and ingredients to influence the menu, Hand Picked Hotels said, creating dishes that combine Jersey’s culture with his favourite staples from the regions of Brittany and the Pyrénées.
