seeing many battle.net usernames on hearthstone such as "vapenaysh" and "KyloFkingRen", names frozen in time in 2016. but if im still playing hearthstone, maybe i too am frozen in 2016.

Back in 2015, when H3H3 was in it's classic Vapenaysh era, he would cough and sniff and quirk his eyebrows like that as a joke, but at some point, I think in the H3podcast era, he revealed that he does have tourettes, from what I've heard the tics can get worse when someone is agitated or nervous.
