Art for a Tactician I played in a Draw Steel one shot, Dietrich! She used to lead a knightly order, but was cursed with amnesia by a political rival. Now she wanders Vasloria, still clinging to her duty to protect others.

I was fascinated by the idea of using downtime to build roads in #DrawSteel as a campaign premise that I put together the outline of a campaign lightly inspired by Death Stranding where players connect towns to rebuild the Kingdom of Vasloria.

@mattcolville.bsky.social I am pretty sure that all of Vasloria is western Europe, but I was inspired and I wanted to do something cool with my central/eastern european culture.
This knight of Rhole was inspired by the clothing and armor of polish nobility from XVII century.

The Vasloria map took me back to the 90s and the game inclusions of the time. Also a mini for Ajax, additional dice for the game, and an elegant embossed screen.

Nowhere. I don't want to leave Orden. Hell, I'm happy staying in Vasloria.
If I want to play space adventures, there are other games built from the groud up for that.
And having space aliens show up in my medieval Europe analogue kills my verisimilitude faster than anything else.
