Ok, here’s one prob not thought of. Everything in Mercedes Lackey’s Valdemar series/the World of Velgarth. The Mage War series tells the story of the two greatest sorcerers in the world of Velgarth and how they destroy it, the everything else is the aftermath. The first books just start way later.

Ok, here’s one prob not thought of. Everything in Mercedes Lackey’s Valdemar series/the World of Velgarth. The Mage War series tells the story of the two greatest sorcerers in the world of Velgarth and how they destroy it, the everything else is the aftermath. The first books just start way later.

The world of Velgarth is so well developed now. Vanyel is an amazing character. I want to say before his time considering when that series was released. All the characters are so well written though but Vanyel's still probably one of my absolute favorites. ( My very favorite being Kerowyn.)

House M.D./Valdemar crossover fic is up to 34 pages and 15,636 words. I'm writing Chapter Two now. It's coming along rather nicely, though it's a little weird to be writing a Valdemar fic that doesn't centre around HERALDS lol. #writing #fanfiction #housemd #heraldsofvaldemar #velgarth

Her first published novel? was "Arrows of the Queen" which introduces the best-known of her universes, Velgarth, which contains Valdemar and its Heralds and their telepathic horses. It's a little rough, as a first novel, but is a good intro IMHO.

Jack London's White Fang was the 5th grade book that really did that for me. It, and devouring war of the worlds overnight. I read well before, but that was when it really clicked for me. Went straight from those to Pern, and then from there to all of the velgarth books.

I legit shrieked when they announced that kit. The Zeta is my fave Gundam if you don’t count the Hyaku Shiki.
The Wing is a pain in the ass, but it’s such a great looking kit. I was planning on doing all the AC Gundams as customs for Heralds of Valdemar from Mercedes Lackey’s Velgarth series.

So, my general goal for my SPN AU one-shots is around 30 pages (but usually I go over that), while my goal for Valdemar fic is a measly 10->15 pages, just because. Like come on, I've literally written a 1 page Valdemar fic in the past, 10->15 pages is GREAT. #fanfiction #mercedeslackey #velgarth
