How vffs works part 1 (extremely simplified)
Fun fact: most bagged veggies (think salads, etc) are packed on what’s called a VFFS (vertical form fill seal) machine. Those things make the bags from big rolls called film. Depending on material/size/etc, it’s like $150/1000ft.

I tend to think about the packaging for everything.
you're going to see some immediate spikes but a lot more mid-term impact as other industries dependent on Chinese imports indirectly get hit.

I dag skal VFFs træner forholde sig til JPs arbejde lige efter et nederlag. Han var heller ikke helt tilfreds. #sldk

A friend of mine is getting ready for her FFS and was nervous about whether her forehead reconstruction would live up to her hopes. So, I took a photo in profile, to show her my before, the VFFS mockup, and what I'd healed to after 2 years.

They had a manually done "virtual ffs" they got made up from photos you sent them, but also just some good old fashioned annotating on the images of what can realistically be done. The vffs images honestly undersold things *a lot* compared to what we discussed afterwards and the end result

lol 😂 - No no on shoes. My normal route is about 20% soft river trail and then street mostly, so it's the VFFs for that. Nothing keeps the running form in check like barefoot (or close to it). Nature has its ways. 😁 I'm really enjoying the variation of experience across many footwear types.
