So Oct 21 is gonna be a bit cheaty, since almost every new game I played this year is a remake. But it didn't specify the game had to have originally come out this year! One of my favorite tracks from DQ7 is "Days of Sadness," so I'll be choosing that one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPTQ...

From a game that came out this year - Hmm… I think the only new games I’ve played this year are Bubsy 4D, Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, and the new LEGO Batman. I know I literally JUST posted something from DQ VII, but I’m afraid I’m gonna have to do it again lol

Day 7 - Favorite Night Theme
Lumiose City (Night) - Pokémon Legends: Z-A
Funny I follow up a Night theme for a town with another Night theme for a city but like, just listen to this, man. They got the GOAT insaneintherainmusic to compose for them and he DELIVERED!

It is apparently the one-year anniversary of Legends: Z-A. Many people are rightfully celebrating Jacinthe's battle theme, so I am choosing to show her comparatively underappreciated encounter theme some love, as it's probably one of my all-time favorite tracks.

Day 16 Fav vocal theme. I love that they gave [spoiler] a unique song. It's not often battle themes have full on lyrics. Well, unless you're FF14? I love Soken and co., but Nishiki has such a strong hold on me. I was obsessed with this song when I first discovered it. m.youtube.com/watch?v=Lvv-...

Day 3 Fav regular battle theme. The way OT0 went from OT1's OG battle theme to this one when the story truly begins is so cool! I remember hunting down trailers and demos just to hear as much of it as possible before the game came out. m.youtube.com/watch?v=zizO...
