Bob the Cat I think is one of the most iconic RS characters we've not yet seen there and he also is known to wonder around while having connection to dragonkin in his former life.
Personally I'd love to see Dai Cadarn, Phillipe, Hannibus, Vicendithas, Charos or some of the signature heroes.
