Day:18 #31DaysofHorror #VikingWolf For a movie called Viking Wolf I was hoping to see more Vikings and wolves. Decent werewolf transformation scenes though.

"Vikingwolf" (Vikingulv) sounds like it should be a weird camp movie about werewolves in horned helmets but it is a pretty good, straightforward werewolf movie in which it starts slow then goes to places that make it feel logical for all that has been built up so far.

This isn't very good but I do appreciate that this is a wolf horror movie that somehow doesn't really demonize real wolves. They make it clear that normal wolves wouldn't act like this, the actual killer is a supernatural werewolf.

Really glad after our 2nd session. All freehand 🙌 No need for a stencil if you know some designs must be drawn freehand to so it works with the bodyshape .

On #Day29 of the #31DaysOfHalloween, a Norwegian take on werewolves with #VikingWolf streaming on @netflix. This is a pretty straightforward werewolf movie. There is an introductory story about how werewolves got to Norway, but the actual film is pretty standard fare for the genre. 3/5🐺

So I just re-watched "Viking Wolf" - www.imdb.com/title/tt1305...
It's half a schlock werewolf movie, and half a Norwegian Police Drama. I don't know if that works for everyone, but it works well enough for me. It's very depressing. 6/10

Yeah I'm muuuuch more into more monstrous designs, esp bc my interest has always been in like, the turn itself and the body horror of it all. The closest thing I've seen is like, Bloodborne or the design in the very first Ginger Snaps. I also like 'huge honkin wolf' too, though, like in Vikingwolf

Viking Wolf (2022) is about a curse that turns human beings into crappy CGI wolves. Now that’s some evil shit right there.
