Also to be honest since Oda-sensei never gave an official colour spread for the baby Vinsmokes, maybe the colours is actually like this and we will never know.

there's a good amount of it that's just him mimicking sentai villains. im not trying to say the man didn't do ANY of it on purpose, but considering how much everything about the vinsmokes is dripping in sentai aesthetics, i wouldnt be supersized if he just kinda stumbled into some of that symbolism
