Narrative violation:
The leftist housing orgs also just completely swamp the YIMBY movement in total donations. It’s gotta be at least 10:1. PolicyLink is bringing in literally 10x what California YIMBY brings in. The YIMBY movement is *very* grassroots and poorly funded compared to its detractors from the left.

A violation of scientific integrity
And yes, Im really angry after a peer reviewer likely fed my unpublished manuscript into an LLM to generate a review and didn't disclose it to the press. Dishonest and unethical behavior is what gAI encourages and breeds.

Isn't this a massive violation of the rights of the artists?

Feels like a real violation.

I need to emphasize again the fact that light bulbs did not exist the last time Mississippi elected a Black Senator.

This is such a monumental narrative violation that could destroy a political party
There is a chance Mississippi gets a Black senator for the first time since the invention of the light bulb, and America gets the second Native American woman Senator in two days after 250 years and four months without one

"it's just a *little* human rights violation!"

well it's only rape, not an explosive allegation like a violation of the standard email retention protocols for presidential records act compliance
Here's the NY Times story that Marisa Kabas (and many of us) found lacking. Healy suggests to Kabas that it was good enough that the story had a link to the House Democrats' report that included a new rape allegation against Trump. But why wasn't the allegation in the NYT story itself?
Democrats Call for Special Counsel to Scrutinize Trump Ties to Epstein (Gift Article)
The request comes as Democrats are working to paint Republicans as corrupt and highlight their plans to investigate Trump should they win the midterm elections.

he got away with all of it too

*minor correction the marriage, not the sex, was the violation
Anakin broke his celibacy vows, murdered an entire village of natives including “the women & the children,” & slaughtered a roomful of kids looking to him for protection. He did this all because he felt entitled to a position he wasn’t qualified for.

And by the way, what happened in the state of Washington is not just a violation of trans rights, it's an assault on ALL girls and young women in the state. To put it bluntly, if you want to play sports, you have to show your genitals. Sick. It's sick. Sick, sick shit.
Trans rights are worth fighting for. How we respond in this moment says a great deal about our morals, our ethics, & our commitment to human rights. I intend to hold our elected representatives accountable. They need to hear, loudly & repeatedly, that abandoning trans people is unacceptable.

People forget fair use isn’t really a right but a post-copyright violation defense. The four factors for deciding whether fair use allows a particular copyright violation is evaluated in context, and that context is a lawsuit.
