#viraf26 Andani Tshiitamune, from our BRU! Candidate universal flu vaccine based on M2e peptide display on AP205 VLPs - all made in plants. Excellent immunogenicity in terms of Ab responses for M2e, to VERY high titres.

#viraf26 Went for DNA vaccine, found responses were better with N included - found 3 injections Gc + N or N alone were protected. No neut Ab in protected monkeys!! T cell responses great for Gc, Abs for N.
