Nieuwe naald besteld. Wij stappen over van de AT-VM95E op de AT-VMN95SH. Erg benieuwd naar de Shibata. 🎶😍👌

well that's weird, I'm definitely getting more dropped cues on the LP120XUSB with the VM95E than I am with the Club MK2 on the same turntable. the club still does skip if I backcue too fast but at slower speeds it's fine. both cartridges backcue completely fine on the RP 7000 MK2

the cartridge is here! did a small comparison video with the Audio-Technica AT-VM95E and the Ortofon Concorde Club MKII with various genres. honestly, the difference is so subtle it might get completely lost in the video compression. the VM95E has just *slightly* less high end than the Club MKII

I kind of want to sell the LP120XUSB and use the money to buy an RP 4000 MK2. it'd be a direct upgrade from 1.0 kg/cm to 1.8 kg/cm. but I want to do a comparison video between the club MK2 and the VM95E and I don't think I'd get enough money from the LP120XUSB without the headshell and cartridge

I'm kind of on the fence about which cartridge to get. apparently the ortofon concorde club mk2 is the industry standard but when I listen to vinyl rips that use it it sounds pretty much the same as my VM95E which is a third of the price. nobody's done A/B videos with both so don't know for sure
