Alterma Ballahast, loyal bodyguard to Vriella Oulieus and Ulvultar's younger sister. Alterma lacks emotion, heavily due to events in her childhood. She works like a machine and speaks like one as well. Often wearing a suit of armor and rarely showing her face. Often mistaken to be a man.

「MEMORIAL」Hanzekihel & Vriella, The Oulieus Memorial

“Forgive me, for taking up sixteen years to finally be able to pay my respects to the both of you.”

longer description in alt text, as usual! that is all I have to say about this piece 🙂🙏

A painting with 2 characters in mourning clothes in front of a memorial statue? Kinda thing. It’s hard to explain, English is not my first language. I’m sorry but I hope the feelings get to you. The bodies of his parents were never found so I decided to create a “memorial statue” instead of a regular tombstone or anything. The foliage in the foreground has water droplets because the rain has just lifted. The overgrown vines signalling that there hasn’t been anyone visiting the location in quite some time. Only after sixteen years, Hanze finally decided to face the loss. He should be 24 years old in this. Vriella is accompanying him because it’s his first time visiting and she wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to her grandson (or anything around him). Thank you for reading if you did!!!!!
