I use weight-adjusted LMWH VTEP. The hospital has a protocol for it too. Roughly you get a dose doubling for every 60-70kg increase in body weight

high-risk pts (eg older age, clot hx, comorbidities) may need LMWH/rivaroxaban, not ASA
