and my junk doesnt help. ive considered nullo/vulvoplasty but i really do want the depth, ultimately... even though that's +noise (and plus if i get a vaginoplasty, fuckass fatphobic surgeons demand i lose ~20% of my body weight in order to allow me to move forward with my self-actualization... die)

I don’t recommend waiting for some new thing if the time is now. Like these days its no issue to just add a vaginal canal later if you got zero depth vulvoplasty? that rocks.

she has been itchy, it’s that time of the year. she’s on several supplements, a medicated bath treatment, & allergy meds to help. we did cytopoint today.
but i also slightly suspect she may have a UTI again sadly. the vulvoplasty has helped significantly but recently noticed some UTI symptoms again.

Whelp - I scheduled another Vulvoplasty consult in DC. My Johns Hopkins surgical date is Aug ‘28, but this other place I scheduled a consult for is scheduling surgeries for Mar ‘27. My next srs consult with the 2nd surgeon is late next month!

Just got my clearance to schedule my vulvoplasty consult! I also finally learned about the BMI requirements. I need to get mine below 35, and I’m currently at 37.5. I’m going to kick up the dieting and working out and I think I can safely lose the 15 pounds needed by Jan 1st. I’m GUNNA do it. 💪🏻
