In the last week I’ve seen one @WagWalking walker leave a my neighbor’s front door wide open and just now had to loan a walker a poop bag. So I’m probably never using that service.

Gonna be That Guy for a second: never, ever use @WagWalking. I’ve had two sitters cancel on me mid-trip, my key go missing, my account closed without notification, and support keeps bouncing me around. Easily been the worst 24 hrs of pet ownership I’ve ever had.

Anyone have good experience with a dog Walker service that doesn't have people cancel THE DAY OF over and over again?!
@WagWalking can't figure this basic structure out and now my dogs haven't gone out since 8am.

@WagWalking holy criminy what ancient tech is your app working on in the background?!
This is the worst app I've ever used. Nothing works, the endless loops back and forth to old messages and reports. Y'all need to pay someone to scrap it and start over.
