Another fun weekend at the #Mta #nostalgia #holiday #train ride. I wore my #butterick #walkawaydress. Someone even recognized it as “that pattern everyone on Reddit hates” 🤣🤣🤣

Does this count as a form of #cosplay??

I'm working on a Star Wars #WalkAwayDress but I've just realized, after cutting the fabric, while I factored the vertical part of the print I didn't factor in the horizontal and now it's not going to be aligned. Lesson learned I guess. It's still going to be cute but it's going to bother me.

I have a hobby of #sewing vintage outfits to wear on my #transatlantics and here I am in my #charmpatterns #peplum and the #butterick #walkawaydress. I wonder if this counts as a form of #cosplay?

I’m making a #petticoat loosely based off of Simplicity’s #vintagepattern and the #Edelweisspattern tutorial on how to make a petticoat for the #walkawaydress. I have had this #griest #ruffler foot for almost 25 years and I’ve never used it.
