If anyone wants to go to Greenland next summer, United has awards for as low as 50k on some dates through August in Premium Economy.

Some panoramic views from a short walkabout in Ilimanaq this afternoon. The flowers are absolutely tiny, maybe a quarter inch across at most. The glaciers, on the other hand, are massive.

Today's adventures started with a boat ride. Then an ATV ride. Then another boat ride. After two hours en route we ended up at a glacier-front beach for lunch.

Gale force winds saw our fishing trip cancelled today, but we still got out to explore a bit of Nuuk.
The National Museum along the waterfront had some cool history exhibits, as well as some interesting carvings. 😱🤣

Bit of a line at immigration, and some #boardingnotboarding nonsense, but I'm now on board Hjalmar Viking, a three year old SAS A350 and ready to cross the Atlantic this afternoon on the last stage of this fantastic trip.

Eighteen (!!) courses for dinner tonight. I only took a picture of number six, which was my favorite.
Dinner at Koks was simply spectacular. So very happy we got a second chance to enjoy these flavors with @linneaharts.bsky.social after our first visit to the Faroese outpost in 2016.

Next was the art museum. Some cool exhibits, including this amazing chess set.
Also, a more modern piece, painted on computer circuit boards. I spent far too much time focused on what the original purpose of each board was. 🤓
