- Initial chat with Defra colleague re guidance for the Service Manual on 'Structuring organisations for effective service delivery', which would be part of expanding scope of the manual beyond just service delivery teams

- Drafted deck explaining what our Service Transformation team is doing (seeing as we’re mentioned thrice in the Blueprint For Modern Digital Government)
