We do get ads for prescription drugs in Canada, but with the restriction that the ad can't tell you both the name of the drug and what it's for.
I keep ending up on LRT cars where every ad is "Wegovy! It exists!"
But in general, "ask your doctor about treatments for x" is more common.

I can’t even eat a Freddo Frog without feeling sick now. I’m guessing this is due to the Wegovy but it’s definitely going to make me lose weight. Anything sweet now and I just want to throw up
