Trump was impeached in December 2019 for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress after having frozen $400 million in military aid to Ukraine in an attempt to pressure the country to announce an investigation into then-presidential candidate Joe Biden.

He’s frozen Ukraine aid again.
Impeach him.
