This was my bias of a comment. But WestTX gas is cheap, gas plants/generators can be built & online very quickly compared to most other power gen, which is why they need the regulations cleared, & soon they'll need the federal land for the water. Trump said in the announcement, "Drill baby Drill"

Don’t forget Canada ships most of the oil that is processed for Gasoline used in the American Midwest (60%). American Refineries are built to use the Heavier and Cheaper Crude. So if we went to WestTx Crude we could suddenly see California Gas Prices in the Heartland all due to Trumps Tariffs!
