Westfir work session drills into emergency operations plan: EOC roles, communications and a tabletop exercise
In a Sept. 22 work session the council and staff reviewed an after-action report from Lane County, discussed building an emergency operations center with role cards and staffing matrix, evaluated communications (bullhorns, radio, landline, Everbridge) and agreed to pursue a tabletop exercise in November to test declaration and activation processes.
