Eastern #Screech-Owls are common throughout the eastern US, nesting in tree cavities—or even backyard boxes. Their camouflaged plumage lets them vanish into bark crevices by day, a true stealthy #raptor. This is a #whitemorph I saw at #MageeMarsh, #Ohio.

Brief shoutout to a material rather than a tool. There are various thermoplastic foams, beads, and sheets out there that can be formed with hot water or a hairdryer. They make excellent options for making custom ergonomic tool grips:

I have read about the very rare and previously described as mythical, white morph Reddish Egret. I know one has been occasionally spotted at Fort De Soto Park but I was not expecting to see it on my first visit.

If you want a more permanent fix for ergonomic handles, you could try thermoplast whitemorph if you don't mind the handle being hard, or sugru if you want it soft, then you can shape it how you want it to fit in your hand

I love my whitemorph thermoplastic for making adaptive handles for things

Thermoworx whitemorph. Comes in a bag of little pellets, you put it in a glass bowl and pour hot water over it, wait until it goes clear and clumps together, then smoosh it around your tool to make a handle.
