No Elinor Ostrom signposts today, but the hike from the Simmenfalle waterfall (1104 meters above sea level) to the top of Wildstrubel (3244 meters above sea level) is one that I (and my legs) will remember for a very long time.

Out in Switzerland for Wildstrubel 110. It's very much turning out not to be the planned and trained for challenge. We're now going to be running the amended 70km route but better to be safe, there's a lot of snow out there and -10 to -15°C windchill. Still feel weirdly cheated though 🤷♂️

Out in Switzerland for Wildstrubel 110. It's very much turning out not to be the planned and trained for challenge. We're now going to be running the amended 70km route but better to be safe, there's a lot of snow out there and -10 to -15°C windchill. Still feel weirdly cheated though 🤷♂️

Yes that was crazy weather for Wildstrubel. We often get snow storms in September it seems - the TAR is frequently re-routed at the end of Sept. Last year we had a major course change at the Tour des Fiz because of snow and that takes place mid-July!
