Nexperia y Tata Electronics anunciaron el 17 de septiembre un marco de cooperación para llevar a India parte de la fabricación de los semiconductores de Nexperia. El plan contempla preparar la producción de su portafolio de MOSFET en la futura fábrica de obleas de 300 milímetros de Tata en Dholera, Gujarat, y ensamblar y probar productos discretos en Jagiroad, Assam. La alianza abre una nueva ruta industrial mientras continúa la disputa por el control de Nexperia con Wingtech, pero no anuncia una escisión corporativa ni producción ya iniciada. ## El acuerdo cubre tres etapas, pero deja pendientes fechas y volúmenes Según el comunicado conjunto, la asociación abarca la fabricación de obleas, el ensamblaje y las pruebas de semiconductores, además de colaboración tecnológica y desarrollo de ecosistema. En Dholera, las compañías preparan la producción de la cartera de MOSFET de Nexperia, componentes que controlan el flujo de energía. En Jagiroad, el alcance informado es el ensamblaje y las pruebas de los productos discretos de la empresa neerlandesa. Reuters informó que los términos financieros no fueron divulgados. El anuncio tampoco fija volúmenes ni un calendario de arranque, por lo que describe capacidad proyectada, no chips que ya estén saliendo de las plantas indias. ## La ruta india llega en medio del conflicto con Wingtech El anuncio llega tras el choque de Nexperia con Wingtech.
