the blue soda is kinda close to sprite but not as tart i think! wintermelon is hard to describe. it's brown sugar-ish. if you are near a bubble tea place some of them have wintermelon bubble tea or milk tea as a flavor

Aug 14: My 3rd month follow-up check up sa neuro. And yes, makakabalik na tayo sa trabaho. Sana makapag-adjust at huwag masyadong stress.
Aug 15: More on bahay at achieving the daily steps goal lang. And yes, uminom na naman po tayo ng milk tea, this time ay wintermelon flavor naman.

今が旬なのに名前に冬がついているお野菜を使って、ちょっと前に作ったお料理のリベンジをしました：
・牛肉の大和煮 冬瓜添え じゃがいものピュレ (Wagyu, The Essence of Japanese Beef, Japan Meat Information Center, p.6)
ブラウンシュガーを切らしていたので、花畑というスイスの蜂蜜をつかいました
前回は冬瓜が手に入らず、お大根で代用、今回ようやくレシピ通りに作れました（でも、木の芽が無いからクレソンなの🌿）
