#TsukkiChristmas Dec 9: Snowflakes
The Solitary Figure Beneath the Falling Constellations

A single figure stands at a distance on a snow-coated path, their silhouette dark against a vast wash of icy fog. They appear bundled in a long coat and hat, small in scale compared to the surrounding expanse. The ground is textured with frost, subtle ridges, and glints of light reflecting from the frozen surface. Most of the image is filled with drifting snowflakes, each one sharply detailed and crystalline. They cluster thickly on the left side, where warm golden bokeh lights shimmer behind them, giving the impression of distant lanterns or a forest of softly illuminated branches. As the flakes move toward the center and right, they become sparser, hanging in cool blue light that merges gradually with the mist. The entire scene evokes a quiet winter threshold, where the figure appears to stand between two realms—one glowing, crowded with delicate light, the other open, cold, and dreamlike. The snowfall seems suspended, as though time has slowed to allow each flake a moment of luminous descent.
